INDIAN MUSIC

       Indian Music is based on traditional airs that are religious in origin. The vedic chant that came from sacred literature of the Arians that was written in 100 B.C. consists of four books known as Vedas (i.e. knowledge) believed to be created by the goddess of knowledge. This is accompanied with string instruments and drums. At times, dances and appropriate movements are used to depicts the meaning of the text. They believe that these have the power to melt stones, create fire, rain and cure the sick. Giving emphasis to the mood of a particular period of time is the goal of the music.

PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH

            Psychological Health means having a healthy mental and emotional capacity that allows you to deal effectively with life's challenges. This would include the knowledge and wisdom to make effective decisions, values that promote self-actualization, the emotional stability to accept challenges, to take responsibility, and to learn from one's mistakes. EGYPTIAN ARTS

       Ancient Egyptian art refers to the style of painting, sculpture, crafts and architecture developed by the civilization in the lower Nile Valley from c.5000 BCE to c.300 BCE. The adjective Egyptian is used, although Egypt is a more recent name for the country, from the Latin name Aegyptus, rather than the lesser known name K'mit used by the people themselves. Ancient Egyptian art as expressed in painting and sculpture was both highly stylized and symbolic. Much of the surviving art comes from tombs and monuments and thus there is an emphasis on life after death and the preservation of knowledge of the past. More on Data Writings...

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT

          Weight management means keeping your body weight at a healthy level. Regular exercise and a healthy diet are a must when it comes to controlling your weight. A weight management plan depends on whether you are overweight or underweight.
